Introduction to Coral Bay Resort
Quaint, tranquil and very green; the native style, thatched-roof, wooden bungalows preserve the original atmosphere of Samui as it was. Coral Bay Resort was one of the first resorts to be established in Koh Samui and continues to maintain a balance between progress and nature. The resort has been in operation since 1983 and is well-known for its' beautiful, lush landscaping, completely serene and private atmosphere.

Location of Coral Bay Resort
Coral Bay Resort is found at Yai Noi Bay, north Chaweng Beach, located on the northeastern side of Koh Samui in the gulf of Thailand. Koh Samui is about 30 kilometres off the mainland coast of Suratthani and approximately 700 kilometres from Bangkok. The airport and ferry pier are 10 minutes and 45 minutes drive away from the resort respectively.
Rooms at Coral Bay Resort
The native style, thatched roof Bungalows are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, hot/cold shower, refrigerator and a spacious balcony commanding a view of extensive tropical gardens or the sea. There are double/twin bedded bungalows, a 7 foot bed is available or twin beds with an extra bed. Standard Family Bungalows have two bedrooms sharing one bathroom, the first bedroom has a king size bed and an extra bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a choice of garden or sea views. Deluxe Family Bungalow have two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and an extra bed, two bathrooms and interconnecting doors. Each comes with 30 square meters balconies with exceptional sea view.
