Summerset Colonial Hotel & Villas is a deluxe 4-star eco-resort located in the midst of one of the oldest tropical rainforests in the world. Sprawling over 834 acres in Kuala Rompin on the east coast of West Malaysia, it is fronted by 5 km of white, sandy beaches caressed by the brilliant blue waters of South China Sea. Since its opening in December 2000, it has been host to many tourists who relished in the splendour of the old-world charm of British colonial architecture set in the idyllic natural Menchali Forest Reserve which dates back to 130 million years.

Located on the southern tip of Pahang state, 90 minutes drive south of Kuantan set amidst a tropical forest of 834 acres. Summerset stretches along 5 kilometers of East Coast's most beautiful shoreline facing the South China Sea and adjacent to one of the oldest forests in the world, the Endau Rompin National Park.

A mission that involves the assistance and co-operation of the Malaysian Nature Society as well as the Fisheries Department of Malaysia in turtle and marine conservation.
