If such circumstance occurs, first of all, customers should report the credit card provider immediately; and then contact our customer service. The US's Fair Credit Billing Act (for more details, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission's website at www.ftc.gov) allows the maximum liability of $US50.00 to cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card. If your credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from Sino.NET, we will reimburse you for up to the maximum liability of $US50.00.

Sino.NET reserves the right to internally perform statistical analysis of user behavior and characteristics as to measure customer's interest in order to develop the website to meet the customer's need in the future.
